Everyone I know has a slight obsession with Ted Talks from time to time and since I love to talk about mental health and learn more about it I wanted to show you the 5 best Ted Talks about mental health.

The only way to overcome fear is to go through it. This concept of writing a list of things that you are kinda afraid to do and then actually doing them is a great idea. It doesnβt need to be full of big things like paragliding, my own list has a lot of locations on it, hobbies I wanna try and more. You can check out her list too. She has her own website for this project. Definitely one of my all time favorite Ted Talks.

Something else about fear and anxiety. I guess most of us have some kind of fear in their daily life. Timβs process of finding your fears first instead of your goals is actually a great idea for your personal life and parts of your work life. I personally forget to use this method a lot but it is truly helpful for everyone.

There truly is more to life than being happy. I already knew that after years of working through my own mental health issues but a lot of people need it explained to them in a way this Ted Talk does. There is far more than just happiness to life and happiness also shouldnβt always be the goal. Sometimes itβs simply just feeling better.
